Proactively evaluate sources/uses of cash and balance sheet under multiple business scenarios. Implement strategy, working with CFO and Finance Group.2. Direct management and investment of cash balances for highest returns within acceptable risk parameters.3. Manage lending and banking relationships.4. Implement global Treasury System to provide appropriate controls, reporting and investment capability for international cash balances.5. Develop and implement hedging strategy to manage foreign currency exposure.6. Lead insurance risk management analysis; manage insurance broker and carrier relationships.7. Provide banking and risk management support for business adjacencies and geographic expansions.8. Manage current convertible debt obligations.9. Complete special projects, requests and presentations for CFO. Experience required 10+ Years Experience and other requirements KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIREDEducation & Experience1. MBA in Finance or Accounting, 10+ years of overall financial experience.2. 5+ years of Treasury Management background in a $1Bn+ multinational company.3. International Treasury Systems implementation experience.4. Lead role in Insurance Risk management, Credit Facility negotiation, Hedging strategy.5. Strong team leadership skills.6.
