Job Description:
Also responsible for marketing budget administration as well as various tasks related to the month-end close such as analysis and reconciliation of artist advances, marketing expenses accrual, calculation and analysis of provisions for returns and obsolescence. Duties and Responsibilities: Review and analysis of all artist and label agreements. Set-up in Archimedes of new labels, artist royalty accounts and projects for accurate routing and tracking of sales, foreign license income and expenses. SOX compliance reporting Set-up and administration of contractual payments, artists and producer advances as well as approved recording budgets in SB2. Set-up and administration of approved marketing budgets in CTS. Interact with A&R department, Marketing department, Management, Legal department and UMG Financial Services for recording and marketing budget administration. Review coding and approve payment processing of all label advances, artist advances, recording costs, marketing costs and overhead related invoices.
