Funding and account set-up for new investments o Processing of monthly cash distribution and capital requisition process for each investment o Processing of invoices o Processing of semi-annual Investor distributions o Processing of special investor distributions upon refinancing or sale žX Direct the preparation of all financial reports including income statements, balance sheets, tax returns, and reports for government regulatory agencies. žX Proactively assure the creation and maintenance of financial reporting for investment entities utilizing the company¡¦s accounting systems and international reporting capabilities, including monthly flash reports, monthly cash sheets, quarterly and semi-annual investor reports, monthly property distribution reports, annual property budgets, etc. žX Ensure the proper and timely flow of financial information to the Real Estate team on asset management-related, acquisition-related and other decision-making issues.
