Certification Level III is required. Acquisition Professional Community (APC) is required. Further requirement: must be professionally registered as a Licensed Architect/Engineer in a state or territory within the United States where experience and development may have taken place. SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: The incumbent will serve as the senior construction manager for the PWD and should have extensive field office experience in management and oversight of a wide range of construction work from minor facility repairs to large, complex multi-million dollar construction projects. The incumbent is required to provide project management or support for all pre-construction award projects and post-construction award projects supporting the PWD. INTRODUCTION: The incumbent is responsible for production and delivery of comprehensive products and services offered to clients within the NAVFAC SE. These products and services are supported by Base Development, Capital Improvements, Public Works, Real Estate and Environmental Business Lines. This position is the Project Management & Engineering (PME) Branch Head within the Capital Improvements Line. MAJOR DUTIES: Project Design and Construction Management: The incumbent is required to provide project management or support for all pre-construction award projects and post -construction award projects supporting the various PWDs.
