Job Description:
The Connors Group is a financial markets information company located in Los Angeles and Jersey City. We are building our corporate team in Jersey City and seek an Advertising Operations Manager. Role and Responsibilities Set up, manage and modify ad serving system including tagging and targeting schematic as new partners are added, and company offerings change Manage scheduling, production and implementation of all online advertising campaigns, including testing of all rich media formats Ensure accurate and prompt delivery of all ad commitments Proactively monitor, analyze and optimize all online advertising performance from insertion order to post completion Liaise with clients on all creative units, technical support and campaign performance Establish solid relationships with key contacts and manage relationship with ad serving and rich media partners Interface with internal teams to coordinate new ad packages, status reports, updates, etc. Effective communication with internal teams and clients on performance and delivery of commitments Manage and analyze reporting, e.g. Site stats, ad units, performance, inventory availability and forecasting Maintain knowledge of new ad formats and options, create new ad options, ensuring my client remains on the leading edge Build and manage the Ad Operations team as volume warrants Experience: 3+ years experience working with an online ad operations team with experience using one or more Internet ad serving systems BA/BS College degree preferred Experience with Nielsen Netratings, Comscore, HTML, JavaScript, Flash and rich media including various forms of online creative formats and related code Ability to create, modify and troubleshoot most ad types Astute knowledge working with rich media ad trafficking including video streaming Ability to thrive in a fast paced, often pressurized environment with the ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines Your background will include one or many of the following; sales support, traffic coordination/ scheduling, account management, digital media or IT account management experience Strong analytical, strategic and creative problem solving skills Strong leadership, project management and communication skills This is a great opportunity to become a part of this vibrant, social and rapidly expanding company.
