The employee has the responsibility to meet or exceed the requirements of our ESP (Exceptional Service Provider) policy (refer to the Employee Handbook). Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required: • Must possess ability to prepare and interpret detailed verbal or written reports. Some fundamental training and understanding of basic financial concepts in bookkeeping, customer service and personal computers is necessary. • Demonstrated proficiency in interpersonal communications is mandatory. This position requires daily interaction with employees, clients and vendors; concise interpretation, translation and communication of various concepts and instructions are critical. • Sales skills and product knowledge needed to recommend other bank financial services to our clients are important to the performance of job. • Experience in directing the work of others, coaching for improved performance and maintaining the smooth flow of work through the teller windows is vital.
