Job Description:
JOB DESCRIPTION-Performs activities to support opening new accounts through the Internet and Branches including preparing and mailing documents, sending Transfer-In requests to other banks, receiving US Mail, making deposits, creating files. -Communicates with internal associates by phone, email, and in person to obtain all necessary account information. -May communicate with external customers via phone. -Perform other duties as assigned by manager. Requirements Minimum Qualifications-High School Diploma-Minimum 6 months banking experience, (Retirement specific preferred)-Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel-Ability to use a 10-key calculator and understand basic concepts of balancing-Ability to read and interpret documents such as procedural documents, customer correspondence, safety rules-Ability to communicate effectively with employees of the organization as well as with customers-Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form.
