Job Description:
Plan and develop outreach, training and marketing project activities for the Department of Labor's CareerOneStop Web site (www.CareerOneStop.org); Supervise and provide leadership and direction to staff engaged in customer support, marketing and training; Develop methods for gathering and analyzing user feedback to inform Web development activities; Develop National, State and Regional promotional strategies including the formation of strategic partnerships. Minimum Qualifications: Ability to develop methods for gathering and analyzing user feedback to inform Web development activities; Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, training, web development or related fields; 3 years of work experience in marketing, communications, training, web development or related fields; Leadership and project management experience; Knowledge of management practices including principles and processes involved in business and organizational planning, coordination, and execution; Background in strategic planning and resource allocation;
