Processes each warrantable service request from start to finish, including but not limited to scheduling appointments with homeowner to inspect the request, making minor repairs, scheduling trades, inspecting service work and obtaining homeowner's signatureCoordinates work with trades for service items under warranty and orders materials for services, if neededGenerates service schedule for following weekPerforms follow-ups with trades and homeowners in order to monitor quality satisfaction Requirements Excellent communication (verbal/written) skills are necessaryAbility to follow-up on open issues is necessaryAbility to multi-task and function in a fast paced environment is essential in order to handle situations efficiently and effectively to customer satisfactionHigh school diploma or equivalent, college-degree preferredSix (6) months customer service, home repair or home building experience
