Primary Responsibilities: This function oversees business process automation activities for Claims Operations, by designing, coding, testing, and documenting short-term keyboarding solutions (Macro Express), along with long-term system enhancements (COSMOS prompts) that deliver business value. Coordinates, supervises and is accountable for the daily activities of the business process automation team. Works closely with processing and analytical teams to identify enhancement opportunities. Assists with the definition of business requirements and system enhancement specifications. Requirements:Qualifications: Associate degree and/or Bachelor's degree preferred. 2 3 years of Supervisory experience required, including HR responsibilities: coaching, mentoring hiring/ firing, reviews etc. 2+ years IT management and/or programming experience (coding & scripting) required. 3 - 5 years of Computer skills MS Office package required. Strong professionalism and customer facilitation skills required. Experience with short-term and long-term planning highly preferred. Use of Macro Express desirable. Healthcare background is a plus.
