Performance - Development Claims handling Licenses in place in all operations. Compliance with authority delegated by RSO Managing Director. No Full delegated authority arrangements exist in any operation Each operation adheres to a Claim Handling philosophy consistent with that of the Group and that is communicated to service providers. Fully documented procedures exist in all operations All claim operations provide input to PRP process in accordance with framework. Each operation has a structured program to identify and control leakage. Each operation has Major Incident Plan in place which consistent with group best practice. Direct oversight of all claims in excess of US$500,000, including approving reserves and payments over that amount. Provide appropriate reporting and analysis on large losses to RSO directors. Compliance with protocol for reporting large losses to International business and Group Risk. Positive or flat runoff performance from discontinued ops Delivery of agreed functional goals against plan and budget.
