Our Colorado Schwan's Home Service is growing and needs talented individuals as Customer Service Managers. Schwans Route Managers will operate a federally regulated commercial motor vehicle, and are responsible for the sale, delivery and collection of money throughout their assigned territory. They develop one-on-one relationships with their customers, meeting with them on a regular basis, and use our hand-held computers and trademark frozen-food vehicles to process and fill their orders. Route managers work with their supervisors to determine sales and service projections. Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesDevelops new customers on a daily basis to maintain growth. Informs customers of new products, promotional products and any special services. Responsible for daily safety inspections and safe operation of the commercial motor vehicle, as required by Federal DOT regulations and company policies. Uses hand-held computers to record each customers sales history, for added customer service and manages all administrative functions of the route.
