Thank you for your interest!Position includes the oversight of recruiting functions for several customer care sites, ensuring the development and implementation of recruiting strategies for entry level positions, meeting site hiring objectives, developing and maintaining client relationships, reporting, and supervision of Recruiters and Recruiting Assistants.Supporting Recruiters and Recruiting assistants to ensure that hiring objectives are achieved on time and within budget.Developing/revising departmental documentation/relevant company materials, focusing on accuracy and thoroughness. Generating reports and analyzing data for recruiting and management. Developing and managing proactive sourcing program. Education and Typical Years of Experience:Minimum of 3-5 years of recruiting experience with an expertise in customer care recruitment.Minimum of one year of supervisory experience. Experience overseeing remote staff a plus.Proven successutlizingrecruiting metrics -building sourcing strategies to drive candidate traffic, build candidate pipelines and meet the site's required hiring objectives.Ability to effectively communicate at all levels. Strong organizational skills. Demonstrated commitment to providing customer-focused, quality service. Additional Information:Customer care recruiting experience is essential. Must be able to work in a very fast-paced, high-volume environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required. Relationship building, both with hiring managers and candidates, is a key component of this opportunity. Candidates should be extremely detail and process oriented. Good computer skills are a must! Experience with applicant tracking systems is a plus. Must be able to work overtime as needed and travel to local and extended sites.Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience.Overseeing the development and implementation of recruiting strategies to meet internal client needs.
