Job Summary: Supervise and lead the activities of TCSR's in providing quality customer service support.Essential Functions:1.Increases employee's effectiveness by recruiting, selecting, orienting and training; communicating job expectations, values, strategies and objectives; coaching, counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring and appraising job results; fostering a climate conducive for offering information and opinions; providing educational opportunities.2.Reduces operating costs by monitoring departmental key performance indicators; managing expenses; determining profitable service by streamlining process. 3.Serves customers by establishing critical service factors; maintaining quality service and operations; analyzing, defining, developing and providing systems and resources; assessing results, anticipating trends.4.Provides information to employees by reporting business results, trends and opportunities; competitive information; changes in policies and procedures; information on new programs; information from corporate office. 5.Ensures compliance with requirements, policies and regulations by enforcing adherence to corporate systems, policies and governmental regulations; advising management on needed actions. pletes operational requirements by developing schedules; assigning and monitoring work; gathering resources; implementing productivity standards; resolving problems; maintaining reference manuals; implementing and enforcing new procedures.7.Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking best practices; participating in professional societies.8.Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Qualification Guidelines:1.Prefer Bachelor's degree Business or related work experience.2.Prefer 5 - 7 years relevant work experience; 2 - 3 years supervisory experience. 3.Must be computer literate in Microsoft office.
