Primary responsibility for the Business Development Manager position is working with the MSN Sales Account Executives and Account Managers for a domestic sales region and specific verticals, to bring the latest in Xbox A background may also include an entrepreneurial effort, industry sales and consulting experience with concentration on building partnerships and strategic business relationships or advertising agency experience. Candidate must have a demonstrated proficiency in partner acquisition & management, presentations, calling on senior management, negotiation and communications skills. Internet experience preferred and game or entertainment industry experience/passion valued. Candidate should have the same exuberant sense of enthusiasm, fun, and imagination/innovation associated with a group committed to developing the best casual games in the world. This position will report to the National Business Development Manager in New York and will be based out of the Redmond office. The position requires a medium level of travel.
