The BearingPoint Mission Related Services (MRS) team is currently searching for an experienced sales professional to join a well established, successful Aerospace & Defense (A&D) team. Locations: McLean VA; Springfield VA; Alexandria VA; Washington DC Relocation: no Performance Profile: The Business Development Manager will be responsible to market and capture Network Enabled Operations Support (NEOS) business opportunities within the A&D marketplace. The candidate must be able to find, create and lead the pursuit of new opportunities and work with the established account team to drive the sales strategy and expand sales results. This will includeestablishing client relationships, establishing partnerships with other contractors, working with key alliance vendors and establishing a go-to-market strategy for the Aerospace & Defense vertical by supporting both sell to and sell with activities with major Aerospace & Defense contractors. The candidate will report to BearingPoint's Public Services Sales team, but will respond to the daily business development needs of the MRS Leadership team. Basic Requirements: A Bachelors degree in business or sales related field A minimum of 10 years sales experience within the A&D marketplace
