Job Description:
Responsibilities: · Provide strong strategic and tactical business leadership with the end result of meeting defined sales targets and business goals · Identification of major sales opportunities and drive consistency of sales performance · Manage and develop team members of the GCU · Effectively build relationships with other UHG business segments and BUPA and position GCU across those segments/Bupa to achieve goals set by the "management committee". · Effectively lead matrixed team · Accountable for financial management, operational metrics, internal & external compliance and external relationships. Qualifications · Minimum Education: Bachelors degree in healthcare field, business or related field · Strong track record of sales and sales leadership success (minimum 10 years field sales experience and 5 years sales leadership) · Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate broad spectrum of sales professionals · Demonstrated track record of sales training and mentoring experience · Open, honest, communicator and team player focused on team success · Relevant healthcare experience in sales, business development, marketing, product development, and operations in both a domestic and international setting. · Proven, successful leadership, management, and execution experience · Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills · Strong performance integrating strategic/tactical operating plans in partnership role
