Job Description:
Committed to continuous improvement and environmental stewardship, Holcim (US) has an immediate opening for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor at its Artesia, MS plant.
In this critical role, you will supervise and oversee the repair and replacement of equipment, assure proper quality standards and time schedules are maintained and determine required corrective action. As Maintenance Supervisor, you guide and lead staff personnel towards a proactive maintenance culture at the Artesia plant.

Job Requirements:
The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field and have had three to five years of combined supervisory and maintenance experience in a heavy industrial environment. Knowledge of reliability-centered maintenance and condition monitoring, maintenance planning and systems implementation is required. Candidate will have demonstrated effective leadership, delegation, coaching and interpersonal skills, be an excellent communicator (verbal and written) with demonstrated problem solving skills, and the ability to adjust effectively to work within new work structures, processes, requirements or cultures.
