Global Program Management department for Diagnostics Methods projects. The individual will assume a dual role; manage the Core Team Leaders at the Los Angeles site and serve as a hands-on project team leader. Responsible for the resource and development budget planning across the product lines; plans, organizes, staffs, directs, and controls activities of multiple Project Managers, to develop new Diagnostics Methods projects. The individual drives change in the project management process to improve management of projects along to meet quality (product and project), cost (product and project cost), schedule, and revenue objectives in a predictable manner. Balance conflicting priorities of different projects.
