Job Description:
Middleware, and Custom Development environments and provides both on-site and remote technical. The ideal candidate will have extensive project management and managerial experience, preferably in a management consulting environment. This position will require approximately 30% travel. The position will be focused on the following activities: · Overall operational and tactical management of the support team · Efficiently managing the delivery and support of multiple simultaneous projects by leveraging project management tools (MRO Maximo, MS Enterprise Project Management) · Handling project management tasks for individual projects. Includes initial needs assessment, scope definition, resource planning, managing milestone/deliverable targets, and project closure. · Assisting in the development and maintenance of vendor relations with supported software vendors.
