Job Description:
The CRM Product Manager will be responsible for technical support to end users, troubleshoot user problems, maintain/establish appropriate access for users/teams, work with IT personnel to support the application and test new functionality prior to deployment. The CRM Product Manager must be able to design, create and run reports for the Marketing, Sales and Business Development units. Position Responsibilities: Assist in defining, structuring and rolling out the company's CRM tools Work closely with sales and engineering to develop new tools or enhance existing tools to improve efficiency, reporting and tracking Manage the rollout of products and services.
