Transfer sessions with clients Corporate Operations PeopleSoft Staff. Perform requirement analysis in conjunction with client Project executive. Perform break-fix and minor enhancements ensuring knowledge transfer occurs with the support staff. Conduct Root Cause analysis and make recommendations to resolve the identified issue Client will review and approve technical and functional specifications of changes. Develop Test plans, User Documentation, Support Manual, code Management and Release management. Enter and update support tickets in remedy as required Specific Deliverables: Deliverables 1. Completion of Knowledge Contract with client Corporate Ops Support Staff 2. Test plans, User Documentation, Support Manual, code Management and Release management. 3. Impact Analysis Document / Design specifications 4. Functional and Technical Specifications for Code Development 5. Document Unit test plan, document results 6. Modified / Developed and Tested Source Code. 7.
