Support the Dove Global Brand Devlopment Team in all Financial Matters (business decision support, budget control, departmental budget, invoicing, Capital Requisition, Performance Review, Strategy...) 2. Coach, train, retain and motivate a team of three Associate Finance Managers. 3. Support decision making through ''state of the art'' business analysis. (including but not ilmited to business cases, Post Launch Evaluations, Performance analysis) 4. Insure control and efficient allocation of the Dove CIP resources across Dove platforms, sub categories and geographies.
