Oversee the approval and processing of revenue, expenditure, and position control documents, department budgets, ledger, and account maintenance and data entry. Coordinate the preparation of financial statements, financial reports, special analyses, and information reports. Develop and implement finance, accounting, billing, and auditing procedures.
