Major Responsibilities:Lead the ADC Marketing senior management in the development of their annual Plan/Update expense, headcount and capital budgets. Together with senior staff, coordinate the preparation of management presentations and related backup/analysis. Provide business decision support as required including meaningful, value-added resource and expense analysis for direct to consumer advertising campaigns, numerous promotional programs, incentive spiffs, negotiation of vendor contracts and co-op advertising.Perform actual to benchmark variance analysis while providing financial expertise in evaluating and identifying the key issues and gaps in business performance and emerging business needs.
