Job Description:
Train and direct staff in, but not limited to: the claim schedule process, process, reimbursement of revolving fund, cash deposit and remitting to State Treasurer\'s Office and State Controller\'s Office, Accounts Receivable establishment and collection process and the revolving fund reconciliation. 10% (E) Prepare and maintain up to date desk procedure manuals for use by the unit. Assist in the development of standards, accounting policies and procedures related to the accounting process to ensure compliance with State Administrative Manual, Board of Control and other control agencies. 10% (E) Perform special projects, research and respond to inquiries related to audits and vendor requests for the more complex issues. 10% (E) Assist in the year end accrual and encumbrance process for year-end financial reporting. 5% (M) Attend program meetings related to financial reporting to make recommendations regarding fiscal issues. Upon request, provide financial reports or other fiscal information.
