Prepare plant Annual Operating Plan, Forecasts, and monthly projections. Monitor profit improvements and track cost reduction initiatives. Work with operations on capital investment analysis and strategy, along with accounting for fixed assets. Manage and develop plant controls and compliance procedures. Work closely with manufacturing to understand processing cost and suggest improvements. Perform all scrap, expense, and inventory reporting as needed.
