We are seeking an enthusiastic Associate Director, Clinical Project Management in our CVT/Diabetes group to join the team! The Associate Director, Clinical Project Management will direct, supervise and manage large regional/global projects related to Phase II and Phase III clinical trials. Specific responsibilities include: managing the scope of work, objectives, quality of deliverables, and other activities on large, long-term, complex projects. The Associate Director will serve as the primary contact with the client and ensure that appropriate communication channels are maintained. Other duties include: working with Business Services to finalize scope of work and project budget, manage project budgets, supervise maintenance of information and tracking systems, and participate in proposal development. This position may have line management responsibilities. Qualifications BS/BA Degree in a life sciences field- 10 years of clinical research experience- 6 years of project management experience- Professional Project Management Accreditation is a plus- Demonstrated ability to deliver results to the appropriate quality and timeline metrics- Strong influencing and negotiation skills- Good team leadership skills- Excellent customer service skills
