Directs all aspects of litigation management through proven knowledge of law firm operations, billing practices and methods, efficient management of litigated cases, current law regarding litigation management issues, and developing strong professional working relationships with claims personnel and defense counsel. Develops new or enhanced collaborations and negotiates service agreements which reduce overall claims costs.
