Job Description:
OVERVIEW:
Asparian, LLC (www.asparian.com) currently has a need for 1 to 3 full-time or part-time Operational Specialists in Huntington Beach, California on a contract basis (3 Months).
PROJECT TITLE:
Operation Specialists (CA-4041-OPSPEC)
KEY SKILLS:
Basic knowledge of Windows Server, TCP/IP, Microsoft Office 97 or greater, Internet Explorer 4.0 or greater, and PC hardware
LOCATION:
Huntington Beach, California
PROJECT LENGTH:
3 Months - 10PM to 6AM (Wednesday thru Monday)
START/END DATES:

TAX TERM:
Contract (W9)
PROJECT PAY RATE:
15 to 21 an Hour

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Provide Technical Production Support including escalation and resolution of equipment, batch jobs, control panels, error lights, verification printouts, error messages, and faulty output.
Job Requirements:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monitors scheduled production batch jobs and validate.
- Execute daily operations checklist.
- Follows documented scripts to resolve and/or escalate problems.
- Escalates problems that result in production outage.
- Performs back-ups and tape management functions.
- Documents potential problem trends.
- Monitor the generation of scheduled reports.
- Regenerate failed reports.
- Execute batch jobs.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
- 1 – 3 years related work experience
- Basic knowledge of Windows Server, TCP/IP, Microsoft Office 97 or greater and PC hardware.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products
