Job Description:
Must have strong technical skills. Will be converting payroll data into ADP software data and then into another system. Must test on Word, Excel and Access- score 85% or higher
Will have interaction with clients and sales associates; must have great customer service skills. Dress must be professional- sharp. Pay $17.63. Hours - 11-8 1 hr lunch. Starting July 1st
Main responsibilities:
*Run ADP Payroll reports using internal systems, format into Excel spreadsheet and email to internal clients
*Benefits Risk Assessment Model - Enter census information into system
*GSW Spreadsheet Completion - Assist in completion of the GSW spreadsheet via data entry of worksite employee data
*Pre-populate employee forms and collate for welcome kits
*Pre-populate closed deal paperwork and audit closed deal packages
*Contact new clients to follow-up on forms completion
*Fax data to knowledge bin
*Create IP folders and proposal binders
*Assist DMs and SCs as time permits on additional administrative projects and duties as needed
