The Associate Project Manager or Project Manager must quickly develop a working knowledge of the Corps civil works project development process. The duties of this position require knowledge of moderately complex technical topics in the arena of environmental restoration, engineering, project and program management and the ability to translate these topics into text understandable to a non-technical audience. This position works under the immediate supervision of senior staff, but the position requires the ability to exercise independent judgment. Individual initiative and excellent communication skills are desirable. Duties and Responsibilities Report writing and editing Project scheduling, tracking status of tasks to be accomplished Project management and generally assisting senior EPJV and the Corps staff in effectively and efficiently accomplishing CERP Scheduling of meetings/arranging meeting sites Attending and recording major activities at the meetings Other duties as needed to assure the Corps mission is effectively and efficiently accomplished.
