Provides project management duties in software engineering and development. Understands complex software and software development skills including web-based databases and decision support software.Regularly interfaces with upper-level management and client personnel.The position is based in Fairfax, VA.SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide program management for the development of a decision support system. Manage the project in accordance with the Parsons Project Management business practices. Attract and retain project personnel that could be hired to bid and win new work Heavy client facing activities for scope development, project status, project expansion, etc. Work with senior management for approvals and project reporting. Interface between client and application / database developers. Perform budget, asset & personnel management Develop proof of concept & prototype of dashboard application Ensure product quality assurance, provide product implementation and training. Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.
