A degree in Architectural, Environmental or Civil Engineering 2. Min. 7 years of hands-on experiences in areas of Construction, Environmental Issues, Engineering 3. Solid experience in Negotiating Contracts and Managing Budget. 4. Well Organized, Self Disciplined, Good Communicator and Real Team Player Major Responsibilities include but are not limited to the followings: - Prepare RFP and bidding documents in preparation for bids - Interview potential consultants and/or contractors and select the best candidates - Prepare Justifications and Requests for Approval - Supervise and Direct consultants and/or contractors to ensure that works are carried out as planned and within budget - Interface with the Land Development Team during the Entitlement Process - Interface with all Regulatory Agencies, Understand the challenges and ensure that the Co. is in full compliance -
