Job Description:
We work for the major developers/builders in the Northeast. Our building are 1 to 12 stories, and include apartments, senior living facilities, hotels, nursing facilities etc. We provide furnish only and furnish and install. This position involves taking charge of the project once it is released, arranging for the design, liason with the engineer, architect & customer, getting approvals, purchasing materials, coordinating production, trucking, and scheduling. If the project involves installation, you would solicit subcontractor bids, award contract, produce contracts, coordinate project schedules and activities, attend job meetings, generally represent the company on site. Must have strong drawings knowledge of mid rise bldgs, strong computer skills (Word & Excel) Auto Cad would help.
