Recommend and assist in the development and implementation of strategies and tactics to stimulate short-term revenues to protect budgeted profit targets.To assist in the development and substantiation of Room Revenue targets during MHG's annual budgetary process and assist in the Room Revenue budget review processLead and manage the annual rate extension/loading processTo perform revenue management diagnostics (includes evaluating a DRMs performance in relation to Core Revenue Drivers) on a recurring basis to assess and continually improve MHG's revenue management practices. These diagnostics include an assessment of a hotel's inventory controls, pricing methodology, and distribution network.
