Job Description:
Management of the business unit and parent company.Principle duties and responsibilities of this job and percent of time typically spent performing each:1.Provide leadership, direction and procedural guidance to business units for projecting and reporting cash and debt, maintaining and reviewing all debt agreements, monitoring debt covenants, coordinating legal reviews and ensuring business unit is consistent with parent company Treasury expectations. (30%)2.Oversee and direct a coordinated approach for forecasting, analysis and tax to capital markets and business units to ensure alignment of business and parent company objectives and expectations. Also, review and analyze financial results and trends, providing information and/or presentations to Sr. Management. (20%)3.Planning and month end close process: Provide leadership and direction for a coordinated approach to annual strategic and business planning processes including setting and communicating guidance and requirements to business units to ensure parent company expectations are met.
