Job Description:

Establish client relations and involved with marketing, contractual, design and production meetings. Conduct schematic, design development and contract document work sessions at project sites in conjunction with Project Managers, Project Architects and other disciplines. Responsible to coordinate workload with project team through the entire project development to complete documents on schedule. Work with the Controller and Managing Principal for project reviews. Typically requires a bachelors or masters degree or equivalent experience and 5+ years experience. Requirements Bachelors or Masters Degree in Architecture. Must be a Registered Architect. 5+ years of related experience. Must be able to lead a team on Civic related projects.
