The primary responsibilities of this job will be to process policy owner transactions. This includes: updating client files and identifying missing requirements in order to complete the transaction Additionally, this position may be required to work on special projects, as business needs dictate. The corporate structure is relatively flat and lean with ample access to decision makers. Our culture places a premium on both speed and quality. Position Requirements: Bachelor degree preferred or equivalent work experience. 1 - 2 years customer service experience or Financial Services experience a plus. Work a 37.5-hour workweek. Excellent oral and written communication skills required. Must be able to work independently or as part of a team in a professional work environment. Working knowledge of PC software applications required (Microsoft Word, Excel, Access preferred.). Good verbal and written communication skills. Effective organizational and prioritization skills. Demonstrate good problem solving skills. Must be highly organized and detail-oriented. Type at least 35 wpm. Training: On the job
