Adjusts errors when needed.6. Standardizes and monitors work process and procedures; makes recommendations to management on ways to improve efficiency and effectiveness.7. Facilitates open communication between management and non-management staff within the department. 8. May handle telephone call overflow as needed. 9. May participate in community and public relations activities in support of system image initiatives.10. Performs all other duties as assigned.REQUIREMENTS:* Bachelor\'s degree in Business or related field preferred.* At least three to five years of strong customer service experience. Experience in cable or communications industry desirable.* Previous supervisory or lead experience with demonstrated ability to effectively lead large groups of employees, train personnel in customer service, and communicate/enforce policies and procedures.* Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write moderately complex reports and correspondence * Proficient computer skills with the ability to work with word processing and spreadsheet applications. Working knowledge of ARUs and on-line billing or management information systems.
