Job Description:
The Team Manager supervises a team of 8-10 representatives who provide service to shareholders, broker/dealers and plan administrators throughout the country. Additionally, the Team Manager is responsible for developing team members by providing continuous coaching and feedback on performance, while maintaining all relevant documentation. The Team Manager ensures all employees are trained appropriately, follow correct procedures and maintain a high degree of quality. As a part of the management team, the Team Manager works with other supervisors in managing daily work distribution, answering team member questions and providing assistance as a technical resource. Administrative tasks include preparing reports, scheduling time away and monitoring attendance. Qualifications Minimum of two years related, hands-on supervisory experience where responsibilities included assessing/managing employee performance, writing performance reviews, coaching and training Strong leadership skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills Highly organized, attentive to details, analytical, have strong prioritization/time management skills Ability to work closely with others in a team-oriented environmentPC experience in a Windows environment A general knowledge of the securities/mutual fund industry is preferred Bachelor's degree is a plus Click here for more information about Capital Group About Capital Group Companies Here's the deal.
