Job Description:
To be considered for this position, you must have ALL employment information to the Credit Union by the Job Closing Date. The primary function of this position is to assist the credit union in achieving its vision to become the preferred financial service provider for all members. This is achieved by providing outstanding service to internal, external, and potential members that meet the Service Promises and Standards of the credit union. A key component of this service is to identify the members’ financial needs and recommend appropriate credit union solutions. Supervises, directs, and manages the Member Service Center (MSC) to ensure members and potential members receive fast, courteous, and accurate service, primarily by telephone and internet. Provides motivation and positive leadership unique to a high-volume telephone service center. Coordinates the implementation of policies and procedures of the Member Service Center with all other areas. Skills Required: A four-year degree from an accredited college or university in business, communication or related field; plus three years of similar or related experience with at least one year in a supervisory capacity or combination of education and applicable experience.
