Exciting Hamden, CT. call center seeks experienced call center supervisor with 3-5 years experience to help support management within call center. In this position, you will be helping to ensure the delivery of agreed service levels and sales targets within budget. Identify and develop needs of the call center team in terms of their skills and knowledge. Use appropriate call center metrics to help manage the business. Interpret management information to assess operation implications. Monitor performance against operational service levels assessing the implications on cost effectiveness, productivity and customer service. Regulary review processes and procedures to ensure they remain in line with delivery of service. Requirements: 3-5 years experience in a call center and at least two years in a supervisory role Strong customer service skills Strong MS Office and Internet skills Strong oral and written communication skills Evening and Weekend availability Strong customer service skills are needed, as well as, strong MS Office and Internet skills.
