*Processes each warrantable service request from start to finish, including but not limited to scheduling appointments with homeowner to inspect the request, making minor repairs, scheduling trades, inspecting service work and obtaining homeowner's signature*Coordinates work with trades for service items under warranty and orders materials for services, if needed*Generates service schedule for following week*Performs follow-ups with trades and homeowners in order to monitor quality satisfaction Requirements *Excellent communication (verbal/written) skills are necessary*Ability to follow-up on open issues is necessary*Ability to multi-task and function in a fast paced environment is essential in order to handle situations efficiently and effectively to customer satisfaction*High school diploma or equivalent, college-degree preferred*Six (6) months customer service, home repair or home building experience
