The candidate should have the following :- * Strong work ethics and integrity when dealing with others * Be able to hunt and open end-client accounts * Be able to seal the deal * Meet quaterly and yearly targets and goals * Have a passion for what they do and be able to accept day-to-day business challenges. * Be able to enumerate JAUST's vision to its clients. * Have excellent people skills in order to be able to deal with clients and consultants. * Be able to follow-up on all leads given and work with Salesforce in tracking leads, accounts etc. * Knowledge of ERP and CRM especially Siebel, SAP, Oracle etc. * MUST have prior Consulting company experience. * Must be open to travel in the West Coast. * Must have excellent communication skills.
