Job Description:
Professional representative of the firm, as well as a client liason. * Ability to manage project hours and personnel. * Project manager skills: o Manage staff of 2 to 3 persons per project. o Capable of managing 2 to 3 projects simultaneously. Includes meeting minutes, production of construction documents, coordination of Structural and MEP Engineers, shop drawings, preparation of building department filings. Provide project schedule and maintenance of schedule. Meet schedule deadline. * Thorough knowledge of international building code and NYC building code. * Experience using Microsoft Outlook and Excel. * Drafting skills utilizing Autocad Release 14, 2000, and Autodesk. * Ability to provide a thorough construction document set of drawings without supervision. * Required to have knowledge of construction means and methods, and detailing. * Ability to work occasional overtime, when required. *
