Job Description:
Responsibilities Development of a sales and marketing plan which supports the sales goals of the business. Responsible for regional sales monthly report summary and quarterly sales forecast. Provides primary point of contact for existing and future customers. Seeks and develops new customer relationships. Develop winning bid proposals, with a detailed scope of work, to acquire new business. Expands the company's revenue base through the development of large long term projects. Develops and updates company sales brochures, web site, and project data base. Applies industrial knowledge to support customer needs and business goals. Principal Working Relationships Weld Mart President, Regional General Manager, Director of Project Management, Weld Mart Financial Controller, Project Engineer(s) / Managers and Voith Siemens Sales Representatives. Interfaces directly with customer representatives at scope of work development stages of the project and through execution of a project to help ensure customer expectations and objectives are met within the confines of the contract. Education Associates or B.S. degree in mechanical engineering or related engineering field.
