Job Description:
RESPONSIBILITIES:-Provide leadership in the development and consistent use of enterprise web technologies including IBM Websphere Portal, web and enterprise content management, enterprise search, web analytics, collaboration, and knowledge management. -Provide vision, leadership, and management to the Web Strategies and Operations team consisting of web developers, content managers, and application administrators. Responsible for mentoring, oversight and periodic review of team members.-Manage cooperative relationships across business functions with respect to systems, projects, processes, teams and external partners. Work to position Chubb to leverage evolving and new technologies by providing high level technical consulting, and expertise to IT senior management and application development teams.-Build and maintain a robust web strategy roadmap supporting company goals by researching emerging technologies, competitive analysis, defining, and developing initiatives to support entire lifecycle of Chubbs web technologies. -Lead the full lifecycle of website and web application development to ensure robust use of best-in-class methodology and tools, including IBM Websphere Portal, content management, and search engine optimization.
