Manage Project Implementations Cradle to grave management of various sized implementations & technical projects which facilitates management of tasks, timelines and resources necessary to complete the following: Project scoping: identifying, monitoring and discussing the client's project objectives and measures of success Project planning: breaking down the objectives and measures of success into manageable parts and creating plans, timelines, task lists, milestones and turnover procedures for each part Managing data conversion: serving as liaison between client and data conversion team; facilitating transfer of data between organizations, producing data maps, producing proofing plans, insuring signoff of maps and data by client\ Working within a matrixed organization to schedule resources necessary to fulfill the project's objectives Maintaining appropriate documentation on all facets of project Develop initial project budget and monitor and discuss ongoing project budget needs with client Communicate project status and updated task lists with client and regional Client Partner Facilitating timely turnover of project from implementation & consulting team to support Identify and strategize solutions for technical, consulting, training, implementation and/or consulting project needs.
