Responsibility for supporting the entire life cycle of a project to implement webconferencing capabilities. Works as a liaison among stakeholders in order to elicit, analyze, communicate and validate requirements for this enhanced technology solution, the supporting business processes, policies and information systems. Key requirement of this role is understanding business problems and opportunities in the context of the requirements and recommending solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals. Responsibilities include: Manage timelines, scope and resources; Gather and analyze requirements and translate them into functional specifications and system design specifications; Develop cost / benefit analysis; Identify and recommend alternative methods and technologies to meet business needs; Develop QA test plans based on business requirements and technical specifications; Develop an implementation plan Job Requirements; Strong business acumen and quality engineering skills; Strong analytical, listening, interpersonal and problem solving skills; Exceptional customer relationship management and delivery skills; Strong understanding of technology/concepts and its application to business processes;
